The Head Chef, Gabriel Perona has been with us for seven years, he is a native of the peninsula of Giens, just opposite the island of Porquerolles. Gabriel grew up there and cultivated his palate with emblematic dishes from the region. His desire: to make you discover his family and Provençal recipes revisited with accuracy and refinement.
The Maitre d'Hotel, Fabien De Pischoff was born in the Paris region, he spent most of his childhood in the south of France. Coming from a family of restaurateurs, he was passionate about wine. He has been the Head Sommelier of Mas du Langoustier for three years and this year takes on new functions.

The restaurant La Pinède offers bistronomic cuisine, with a fresh menu based on seasonal products. The specialty: whole grilled fish to share with friends or family. Located under the pines trees and a few meters away from the sea, it is the ideal place for a timeless moment.
